A few days in we noticed the shower was leaking on the floor and under the trailer. After a long battle between the dealership, we contacted Mobile Tech RV. The team was very professional. They accepted a tough job of having to completely remove the shower, fix the sloppy work performed by the factory, and put it all back together. It was a tough and frustrating job, but these guys did an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company to work on your RV.”

“From the minute I spoke on the phone with Brian, I felt the quality of customer service which is not common today. They were prompt, professional, did quality work at a reasonable price and most of all had some compassion for a woman stranded at a truck stop with no brakes. When I talked to Brian, he said he was near Savannah but he had a partner about an hour from me and from then on I was continually impressed. Thomas showed up with a good attitude, proper tools and the expertise to diagnosis, locate parts, repair and had me rolling down the highway in an hour. If you have an RV, you have issues and I would recommend this company and most especially Brian and Thomas. My only regret is that I do not live closer to them so they could handle all my RV repairs. “Big Thank You to Tyler and Mgr. Steven! These guys are great, they really looked after me. First off they were a couple of guys short today and super slammed. I'm impressed how they still managed to take care of business well and even went above and beyond with the amount of work they performed. I asked for one tire to be balanced with my oil change due to a curb check adding a wobble at high speed. So happened I got this tire last Nov. @ with Walmart. On arrival the attending clerk looked up my records and assured me I was good for the tire balance and would only have to pay for the oil and top down service I requested. ... Did I mention these guys were obviously swamped? At checkout my total was far beyond what I had come to pay or could even afford 😔... Apparently upon entry all 4 tires were marked for balance and rotation by mistake... And they did a bang up job too, but... I had to explain my request and apologise that I could not afford the new bill with the total care they gave my car 😓... At the register Tyler listened attentively and promptly got Autoservice Mgr. “The evening before my scheduled surgery, parked at a drug store, my Mercedes failed to start, everything frozen. Several people and two tow truck drivers failed to get it started or towed. I had met Brian before so I called and got Tracy, the Service Manager. I explained my dilemma. He was just closing but said he would wait to see if I was successful getting car towed. Things worsened and I was freezing. Tracy said he would not leave me in the dark, he would come and got things sorted out. His concern, knowledge and ability was immediately displayed as he examined my car, spent quite awhile calling to get a tow to come as it was late evening, After hours of standing in the cold I was so impressed with his ability to get things sorted out. I had the surgery and Tracy called me the next day to explain what the problem was and to give me a quote and timeline for completion. Excellent facility. Sandi A”
