Melissa C is AMAZING!!! This is such a hidden gem in the Mildred/Corsicana area. It is SO CUTE inside, I was immediately greeted with kindness and felt extremely comfortable. Definitely give Melissa C a call, she offers many services and I will definitely be returning.

I gotta say, this place is top tier :)
It was comfortable and quiet with the sounds of happy people around. You have to set up an appointment, which, in my opinion, helps for a more personalized experience.
I asked for a shape up with a very complicated cut (modern wolf/shaggy/mullet kind of cut) and Melissa did an amazing job reshaping and forming my hair to a state far superior that my initial cut.
And, even better, when Melissa felt stuck, she was humble enough to ask assistance from her superior. Instead of just doing guesswork and hoping it turned out okay.
I highly suggest for anyone traveling through town and everyone living in town.

Elissa colored my roots and she is by far the most skilled, talented and professional colorist I’ve ever crossed. I’ve been to salons in Dallas, New York and New Orleans and she’s the best! I've loved Bangadangs hair salon for over 7 yrs now. So much so that even after moving away in 2019, I continue to drive the 2 hrs back for every appointment!!! I can't say enough good things about their amazing customer service, beautiful relaxing atmosphere & of course my crazy hair lady Kandice Harris is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! The sweet owner Elissa is very involved with the salon & works super hard to create that one of a kind family friendly experience ❤️ 💇🏼‍♀️

I have been going to this salon for about 8 years. I love it, Elissa is always friendly, fun to talk to and does an excellent job on my hair everytime, I am never disappointed. She has also been cutting my son's hair since elementary school, he still waits till he comes home to get his haircut at Bangadangs, he refuses to go somewhere new. I get regular haircuts and highlights, people compliment my hair often, makes me happy.
