NEW Manager, Leasing Agents and Maintenance Staff who are making a huge positive difference with changes at Ocean Drive Estates.
I moved in 6 months ago. Absolutely love my apartment, clubhouse and pool.
The ocean is across the street here my apartment.

**NEW** Management is absolutely killing it. Maintenance team is very prompt when requesting services. Pool and clubhouse are great as well! Great layouts with ample space.

I’m new in the area and starting off, so I’m limited in my budget. Came across this place and I couldn’t be happier. At first reading the reviews I stayed away but went inside and found out they have new manager and under new management. The manager Joann showed me how they are updating the property and showed me all the changes, plus got a great deal! I’m content, ppl need to know and go inside.

These apartments have a new management team and they couldn’t have chosen a better person for the job (Monica-office). They are making changes to this complex and improving so many things that were long needed. Location is amazing and the staff is amazing. Definitely a place to call home.
