These folks are true professional. I called another company and they charged me more for the service call, told me they shut down the leak but didn't and then wanted to charge me 3 times what Royal charged. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. I want be calling anyone else but Royal in the future.

Jubal was tremendously professional. He explained everything in detail and did a great job. I'll never use another plumber.
