They are personable and friendly to everyone that walks in the door... never fails! They're fast and accurate with new vehicle purchases and always there for me when I have any issues... Me being so unorganized I'm sure isn't the most pleasant but Courtney and Noelli specifically have had to handle my accounts and like I said, they never make me feel at all like an inconvenience. Where Tile Source of Texas sets them self apart from the large home improvement stores is the knowledge and personal service you get from the owners! Janice spent hours with my wife ensuring she got the exact tile she wanted. She was able to give the pros and cons of the different tile we were looking at. She was also knowledgable on current trends and which tile had fallen out of favor over the years. When we had follow up questions regarding our order the staff was very helpful. Their local warehouse even loaded the tile in my truck with their forklift, probably saving me a trip to the hospital....
