“As a newcomer to Corpus Christi, we quickly found out we had a lot of work to do with regard to homeowner's insurance. Never before did we have to deal with separate homeowner's and wind/hail coverage. We were blown away (in a bad way) with premium quotes from our (former) go-to companies, such as GEICO and USAA. In fact, those companies weren't particularly knowledgeable in wind and hail coverage...they simply farmed it out to other companies and provided no real explanations. I tried a few local companies, and while they were certainly knowledgeable, the premiums were still a tad too much. After perusing the internet, we decided to give Ed Cantu a try. His web presence and reviews were certainly top-notch, so why not? When we popped into the office, we were met by Ms. Robin Vega. She is absolutely everything we could ever want in an insurance rep...friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took a lot of time explaining our options and custom-built a complete homeowner's package just for us. The best part? The premiums are several hundred less per year than any of the competition. And in an awesome display of integrity, she pointed out how our current auto insurance carrier could not be beat insofar as the premiums (at this time), so we kept our current carrier (for now). During our second visit, we met Ed. He's every bit as friendly as Robin...and even gave us a copy of his book. Very cool. If you're looking for the best coverage, premiums, and service, why would you go elsewhere? Head to 7122 S. Staples...now!”

She took care for 4 tables when we were sat....then checked 4 out and 4 more came in. She never lost her cool. She was friendly, remembered who sat first and it was just crazy to see how friendly and on point she was. Impressive to say the least. Great place and definitely will go back.”

“I have been with State Farm for a total of 13 years. It is the only insurance I have ever had. About a two years or so ago, I finally found a local agent through a great friend of mine and switched to Curtis Rich. I really haven't had to utilize my insurance benefits until this past year and this last month into this month. At this agency I deal with one person only unless she is absolutely not available. Not that there is anything bad to say about anyone but I am the kind of person that likes to deal with one person instead of multiple. It's easier to build the trust. This person is Adrianna Skinner. This woman has gone out of her way to make sure even the most ridiculous request that I have is answered and fulfilled. I have been going through so much with being involved in a hit and run, a finder bender that I caused, and most recently some major damages to my brand new vehicle. Adrianna has been there day and night via phone and email to make sure I am covered. She has had to make multiple changes to my policy these past few months because on a daily basis something happens and I realize that I need something added to my policy. She did advise me in the beginning that certain benefits to my policy would be very beneficial to my needs but I didn't listen to her. She knew what she was talking about then and I wished I would have listened. ANY concerns, ANY, she always handles them right away. It's not about what she can get out of you for their companies benefit. It's about the best benefits that she can get me that cater to my needs and not drain my wallet.
