Definitely an awesome burger that I had. Next time I'll be taking wet naps with me. 3 napkins was not enough to clean my hands with, but definitely a must go place.
Sweetest owners and the best food!!! Been going for awhile and will not stop going! Lol the best burgers ever!! Catfish is always cooked to perfection. Kerry yall are the best!!! and if your looking for someone to do your catering....jboys are the ones to consider!! Keep up the good work Jr and Kerry 😊😊❤❤❤
The two of us were out exploring the Bluntzer, Tx area, and found this place on the map. What a pleasant surprise...a dive, but a clean, friendly dive. The shrimp tacos were succulent, scrumptious and satisfying. The fried catfish pieces were hot, crispy and nicely seasoned. The sweet potato fries were fried to perfection. We left wanting to try the ribs or burgers or whatever else that people were picking up to-go. The owners cared enough to come by the table to ask if the food was to our liking...YES! This is a very small dining room, with BIG food. We will return.
The Butter Burger requires a bib…you’ve been warned! Delicious
Was driving by coming back to CC (I'm a personal shopper) from Orange Grove the other day when I saw this sign "FISH TACOS" as I passed. Decided to stop coming back from Mathis yesterday. So glad I did. They give you a choice of fried, grilled or blackened catfish or drum for your tacos. I chose blackened catfish on corn tortillas with a side of sweet potatoes fries. Good choice! Although the fries were a little overdone, all in all, darn good food. I think I'll try one of there burgers next time just to see if they become my second choice for best hamburger around. Second only to Willie's outta Houston. Give
J. Boys a try, folks. A little outta the way but worth the drive.
