I get water refills for .25¢, but use a quarter or dollar, because it doesn't register dimes always and it's inconvenient to get your dime back. The gas may be a few cents higher, but the profits go to welfare and recreation. That benefits active duty, retired and family members that are eligible to use these resources. Love having NEX available and all the benefits of the NAS.”
