I found an FNP (Tracy Culver) that I trust and who expresses legitimate concern for my health . I call it TLC ( Tracy Loving Care). My health concerns are always met with care. I am always treated with respect. If there IS a wait time, it is only because sometimes so many of us that love this place are here getting the medical TLC that keeps us returning. The people who work here are real. They go home just like you. I do not believe any of the "bad" reviews. They obviously did not spend time here.”

“We stayed at this amazing hotel Feb. 20,2022 until Feb. 22,2022. This hotel is amazing because of it's management. They are the epitome of great customer service. We were made to feel so welcome from the sign in to our rooms to the cleaning staff, pool staff, breakfast staff, etc. There was always a happy greeting or a "can we do something for you to make your stay more satisfactory." The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool had many lounges and chairs and warm towels and the breakfast for the two days was more than adequate. There was always coffee and hot chocolate available. Recommend this hotel for its location to restaurants, shops and activities. Great for single people or families.”
