“We first met Rhonda and Mike when we were trying to buy a house on the Island 16 years ago while we were on an overseas assignment. Thanks to Rhonda, we were able to find the right house with very limited time in country as she understood our needs and did not waste our time on homes that did not line up. She coordinated the closing by "remote control" enabling us to fly in, sign the papers and move in. Over the course of our ownership we continued to work with Mike and Rhonda to find contractors and other service providers. They know EVERYONE. Later in our ownership we converted the house to a rental and had Mike and Rhonda manage it for 6 years while we were away and then sell it for us. They went way over and above the call of duty in taking care of our house and our tenants, enabling us to remain "hands off" knowing our home was in the best hands. When we decided to sell, Rhonda talked me off the ledge several times, preventing me from dropping the home price for a quicker sell. “The Relax Inn was an absolute dream! The location is only 2 blocks from the beach and has a fantastic balcony that has the best breeze all day long. This home is beautiful new home, all new appliances, open and updated kitchen, bathrooms are gorgeous with fabulous plush towels! The pool is an excellent bonus and so nice after the beach! This home is perfect for 2 families and about 4-6 children with the bunk room downstairs. I highly recommend this rental!”

“This was my first time at a live football game and first time at a stadium! It was such a good experience. It was a Tampa vs New York game. The drinks are about 11 dollars. I would recommend to not sit on the east side because the sun faces that side and it’s SO hot. Bathrooms were SO dirty and not kept clean at all. There is lots of little venders to buy food and drinks from. Lastly, the best part is two big screens on both sides for a better view of the game.”
