I am so grateful for The Femme Method expertise and gentle approach to my PT plan and care. Originally visiting for persistent back pain post my first c-section nearly 11 years ago, I have been made aware of the root cause, how to treat and continue to strengthen to support from further injuring, while also caring for my body in respect to sensitivity related to my complex PTSD diagnosis. While understanding my exercises will require consistent lifetime approach, my commitment to my recovery with Dr. Berner has become top priority as a wife, mother of 3, and very active woman. I highly recommend considering TFM for patients in pain, pre and post partum, and those who depend on practitioners who will support your mental health in your process of treatment.

Absolutely improved my quality of life. I wish pelvic floor PT was encouraged/talked about a lot more so that it’s a routine part of postpartum care!
