In 2018 I hired a design contractor to do a complete kitchen remodel and Todd was brought in to handle the plumbing for the project which included sink, faucet and garbage disposal replacement. Everything still works great two years later and there were no issues.

In 2021 I hired a different contractor to do a bathroom remodel and ran into a number of issues that the contractor failed to resolve after multiple attempts. After weeks of no resolution I called in Todd. He was able to resolve a leak on a new sink install in a single attempt and he also corrected a poor install on a new shower head and resolved water pressure and water temperature issues. He also replaced a broken o-ring on a new water spigot install that was deep in the brick wall and causing a leak.

When someone handles the little things with care and get it right the first time, you can be sure I would trust him with the bigger things. On time, professional, and reasonable.

Will use again if need arises.

I highly recommend Todd and his company. Had cracks in several places in my laundry room after the 'big freeze'. Todd found them quickly and had the right tools to repair them. Very knowledgeable and explained the repair process when he was done. I also found the price he charged to be fair, definitely fair enough to hire him again.
