We brought our race trailer here to get some things fixed. We realized that it is not a typical over the road trailer and tractor. Never once did Corey or his team flinch. From the nice lady that answered the phone to the technicians that did the work. They had the best can do attitude and jumped right on it. Had it fixed super fast and very reasonable pricing. We liked it so much we had them drive it across the yard and tint the windows. They came out perfect. We will take our graphic, tint and service work no where else. Thanks team.
Had a truck stranded in weatherford texas with a liftgate that was not operating. Called about 6 other places nearby, no one wanted to look at it. The people here made sure to get my truck in and checked out. All things truck & Trailer know how to run a good, customer service based business. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future, and if you are looking to get some work done, definitely give them a call!
"We are busy but we will try to help you" these are words you never seem to hear in the trucking industry anymore. If you hear words like that you right away know you are dealing with good people. We had an issue and they helped out right away and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend this shop for your truck needs. Thank You All Things Truck & Trailer for helping carriers.
I brought my 48' flatbed into the shop here that i recovered from a driver for blown wheel seals, bad brake shoes & drums, lights out, cracked suspension parts, etc..... The staff greeted me as soon as I entered the office and quickly had my trailer written up and the mechanics quickly had me pulled into the shop so they could get started. I can proudly say that these guys exceeded my expectations and I will certainly bring all my trucks and trailers back to this shop anytime I'm in the DFW area!!! Thanks Corey, Ricky, & Dakota
I went into the shop needing air-conditioning repairs done on my truck, The owner excepted the challenge, after $2400 in repairs the systems is still not operational, The owner “Cory” at: All Things truck and trailer has shown no responsibility for excepting the funds and not completing the repair as promised, I feel he should fix it even if it means he has to pull money out of his own pocket to bring in the right qualified mechanic.
Update: Corey has agreed to make things right, another shop diagnosed and found the problem and Corey said he would pay the bill, he went above and beyond, he over paid the bill, I highly recommend this shop. Thanks Corey!
