CrossFit SAF

CrossFit SAF culture is very friendly and welcoming! Their facility and equipment is in great shape. Their coaching was well informed and organized. I would highly recommend this gym if you want a great workout!

I have known the owners Jessica and Bruce for over 10 years. I knew them before they started doing Crossfit. Once they began doing CrossFit you could see they both had a serious passion for it. That passion was so strong that they now own their own box. These 2 are amazing coaches who want to see you get better and will help push you to reach your goals! I encourage anyone no matter how old to try out Crossfit SAF. You will not be disappointed.

I'm 61 years old and have been doing Crossfit for 6 years. I had a bone scan today and the doctor said the results were "amazing" and she credited it completely to Crossfit.
