I have been renting a unit here for years. Lonnie is super friendly, and great to deal with.

Place is Always Clean ... Lonnie at the front desk is the sweetest most caring, understanding, and sympathetic of others situations ... On numerous occasions had bent over backwards to accommodate me and my bad luck!?! I will always remember the kind, family feeling atmosphere I have here for it simply being a storage facility ... Thanks lonnie!

Absolutely wonderful storage place to go to! The lady who always helped us was absolutely amazing each and every time. We rented two units and they were both very clean. Even before we put our stuff in the units, she again went to do a double check to make sure it was perfect for us.
The facility is clean!! They also have tons of cameras for security and a gate where it will only open/let you out, if you have a code.
Will definitely go back here if need be in the future, and I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!

I have used Bankhead Storage for several years. The owners, and son Harrison and daughter Lonni (sp) are first rate! Great customer service, so friendly and helpful. This place is clean, secure, and lovely with the beautiful shady grounds. I positively give Bankhead Storage five stars! A first class place with first class customer service!

Wonderful service. Cameras all over the lot so I know my belongings are secure. Very clean and well maintained. Individual codes for each renter so they know just who and when people come and go. Sweet manager with excellent people skills. I would gladly recommend this company.
