Welcome Home Retreat

I love Welcome Home Retreat! Our group has been coming for several years now, and we all look forward to our crafting time. Sheila has created a beautiful space, which allows us to have time to focus on fun and crafting. Jackie and Don make us feel pampered with amazing meals topped off with fabulous desserts. Sandy is a mean homemade ice cream maker and does an amazing job embossing my photo albums. We love seeing Hamlet and Lemon Drop too. Time spent here is always well spent.

Fantastic retreat house just for ladies who craft. So much attention to detail from the bedrooms to the craft rooms to the flow of the food service area. The care takers, Don and Jackie, are warm and welcoming, as are the resident animals that roam the property - chickens and turkeys. The food was great, too. Not the processed and canned casseroles of some other retreats, but fresh creations with plenty of produce. The chef would also cater to guest requests (i.e. no cheese on your burger). Bonus was a swimming pool and hot tub. Cannot recommend Welcome Home Retreat enough.
