Lock Tight Mini Storage

Tis true manuvering is tight, tho I've never had any problems personally. I've been there 3 plus years and have been happy. Any has always been very personable, and assisted quickly when/if I had any questions. Even when out of town, she's monitored her calls.

Great customer service!!! Not a fan of no office but it is convenient to be able to get the storage unit over the phone. The prices are the best I could fine. I rented to 10x30 and I’d say they were about 20% less than others. I would definitely recommend them.

Dear Mr Thomas, I am so sorry you were not pleased with the level of service you received. As per your contract that you signed, it clearly stated that your rent would be prorated when you moved in and not when you moved out. Since you moved out mid-month (and with no prior notice I might ad) the unused rent for that month was not refunded. This was explained to you in our conversation where you cussed me out!
