“Peaceful, convenient & spacious. We called ahead to check availability, 41' 5th wheel. Found the Park easily just off I-20 using Google map. Although no traffic noise. Great access. Management take care to keep this a nice place, many long-termers seem to be here (which can often lead to a poor quality place). Spots are wide and plenty long enough, (note though we are taking 2 spots in our photos). Good width between sites. Do NOT go on the grass, leave yourself room to maneuver, they want it kept well and so do we. We didn't use laundry etc Will def stay again.”

“Bought mine last year decked out. Hunted in it for the first time this year. I can say that the wildlife doesn't hear me or smell me.. extra important for me given where I hunt. I love all the amenities and did all my research on YouTube. Met the feller who started at the Dallas 2022 Hunter Extravaganzas. I was the easiest sale they've ever had. Everything was great until the night before when I called by the delivery driver to inform me that they only drop off. The part of the sale and agreement was that it was to be delivered not dropped at a gate since I don't have any farm equipment to unload off of a trailer. We concoct a way to get it off and we did. The driver lady was awesome and a big help with improvising and not surprising me like the sales person did with thr guarantee of a delivery to my hunting location we visited on Google earth together at the show when customizing the blind. However I don't believe for a minute the salesperson was intentional because he's a big reason I bought it from watching his videos and he's good man for sure, it was a failure of communication from both parties. The driver informed me this wasn't the first time. If that problem can be solved which I bet it is now after my ordeals with the owner. Perfect Hunting Blind for every situation, I will never buy another and will buy from a local dealer in the Texas Panhandle who delivers and puts the blind where it was promised.”
