Los Marquez Tacos

I loved this food truck previously! Now that it's a restaurant I love it even more. I've always ordered Birria tacos! Those never disappoint. I'm pleased to see this growth for Los Marquez, and can't be happier that this happened for them in the old "Fat Chicken" location. My husband ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was wonderful! Full of flavor! We'll be back! Service was a little slow, but they were very busy when we visited. We wish Los Marquez continued success!

They have opened!
Stopped in today with 5 family members. Most of us had the birria tacos...very tasty! One of us had the carne asada tacos, said the the meat needed more flavor, but was good. I had their beef birria burrito, they could have been a bit more crispy, but they were super slammed. The flavors are on point, not too spicy for the Gringos among us. They keep two bottles of salsa on the table, one rojo and one verde if you need more spice...and I always do. Both are spicy but delicious. The chips and guacamole are good, but the red tomatoe sauce was odd. The horchata is really good!
