I can’t praise God enough for the existence of this store and location. I was in an instant need for replacements of my washer and range. I entered the store and was genuinely addressed by Randy the store manager. And within 30 minutes my needs were met. I received top brand appliances as well as delivery, but mostly importantly, the customer service was impeccable. I will refer this store to everyone I know in need.

Randy and Tony at the Pearland location are Awesome and Amazing. They go above and beyond to assist you. Will definitely be referring people tp the Pearland store.

I successfully deliver a VBAC baby with the help of Tina. Her moment to shine is the day of delivery, she is a wise woman and very knowledgeable in her field. Even though I had a hardcore labor I felt comfortable to be myself during labor and delivery. She did everything in her power to help me deliver my baby and to avoid tears, I’m sure God guided our paths to cross hers. I don’t know that my emotions would’ve handle a 2nd cesarean. By the way, according to my hubby, she makes excellent coffee.

My Wife had a VBAC with help of Tina. She exhibits HIGH skill, Expertise and GENUINE care.

We went to Tina on the 7th month of pregnancy of our 2nd baby after knowing about birthing center since Our first born was a C-Section and thinking to see if VBAC is possible.

Luckily we were accepted as Tina had place in her schedule and told us that VBAC is highly possible and even if some complications arise all things will be taken to have a natural birth as much as possible.

My wife had VBAC and Tina went to extreme help and encouragement during the child birth time to make sure my wife had a healthy safe delivery. She also made sure we had a good post delivery experience.

We communicate with her by email, text and call and she was very responsive which highly made things easy.

Pros:
We didn't have to wait when coming to do regular checkup.
Very positive and encouraging environment.
Very attentive care and HIGHLY experience. She could spot the baby heart in one go while doctors rub the gel all over belly to find the baby heart beat. That shows HER SKILL and EXPERTISE.
The cost was very reasonable.

One thing I would say that could be improved on is a small video of how the high peak of real labor would be, that would help to comprehend for new gonna be parents who go through natural birthing.

Overall she is awesome and every women I pray have a great resource like her during their pregnancy and child birth.

I can't say enough great things about Tina! We had our first born with her 3 years ago, and had our second there 6 weeks ago. Both experiences were ones for the memory books (but isn't every birth?). We first came to her because she was highly recommended by a colleague. Within minutes of interviewing her we knew she was our midwife. With Tina's experience and her confidence, we always felt supported and guided. Since our first birth was so great, it was an easy choice to have our second with her, even though it meant driving an hour to the birth center. There's a quote that says, "Whenever and however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, and your spirit for the rest of your life," and we're grateful our birth experiences were with her.

Tina and her staff at heavenly hands went above and beyond during my entire pregnancy and delivery. Being first time parents we had so many questions and concerns and Tina was great at answering us and giving us advice to help us navigate through our pregnancy. The delivery itself was absolutely amazing and Tina was very quick to intervene and transition us when necessary. The house itself was beautiful and also very cozy which, was very comforting during our delivery. Our postpartum visits were great as well and I felt like Tina was again very thorough with both my son and I making sure we were both happy and healthy. We will have all our babies with Tina and her team at Heavenly Hands and cannot thank them enough.

We had an experience I wish every pregnant woman can have. I admired Tina's ability to help during the most challenging part of labor. Always felt safe because of her 600+ births assistance experience and a good emergency plan she has for those cases when something might go wrong
