Team Concept Rehabilitation

Team Concept is an awesome Rehabilitation facility. I have been a patient here twice in the last year. Once for rehab of knee surgery and once for rehab of a Hip Replacement. The Staff and Physical Therapists here are outstanding, courteous, friendly and professional. Roger Thorne, always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in getting good results from the therapy. The women at the front desk at the time of this writing were less than friendly lol… and got a couple appointments wrong. But even that won’t stop me from giving this place 5 stars…. And that’s because of Roger. He was absolutely amazing after my shoulder surgery…. So nice, so knowledgeable. Amazing guy. And so professional too. I even heard him get a little stern with a woman at one point because he didn’t feel like she was trying enough, so he was pushing her… anyone else wouldn’t have given a damn and just collected a payment. If I have a surgery again and need rehab… I hope he’s still there.

The staff at Team concept is far beyond amazing. PT Alyssa has helped me not only physically but mentally. When the medication professional you are working with takes extra time to research other things to do to further your care. This pt bring an exceptional amount of care that can't be taught.

I worked with Bethany Mailey and her professionalism and evaluation were "spot on." I was most impressed by not only her abilities but the manner in which she approached her profession with skill and a pleasant personality. After my upcoming surgeries I certainly plan to use her and this clinic for the therapy required. Rating only allowed for a score of 5 but I would have assigned the maximum score possible, if that were a possibility.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery and was prescribed six weeks of physical therapy to regain the use of my knee. My surgeon referred me to Team Concept Rehabilitation as a place to complete my needed physical therapy. It is very difficult for me to not be active so I was initially dreading the six weeks of therapy. After my first appointment, I was very pleased with the encouragement and instruction that I received from Roger. His reassurance and interest in my care made me feel welcome the moment I entered their office. I was taught how to perform the exercises correctly and as I achieved those, new and more challenging exercises were introduced. Upon completing the required visits, I felt that I ready to resume my regular activities. Thanks to Roger for the professional care, humor and tough love. My experience with Roger and the entire staff was great and I would absolutely recommend Roger and Team Concept Rehab!
