Great staff the building is older but the staff is great. The maintenance men Gregg and Brian fixed everything my mom needed in a timely manner. The administrator is responsive and it’s a great environment.

I was looking at facilities for a loved one. It started with Roshonda answering the phone promptly, she was polite and professional. I was transferred to Sadie in marketing, I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Sadie was. She was polite, caring, and very knowledgeable. It actually felt as though we were already part of the family. Last, but not least the business office manager, Stephanie was great also.

In a blur of confusion and sadness having to place a parent in a nursing facility, I had a million unknowns and there were so many questions, places etc… after a few tries at others and myself being picky, this facility and staff had the biggest heart and most knowledge and so much love, happy employees, activities and went above and beyond from the very first moment. Sadie and the entire staff was willing to give knowledge and family support even if I didn’t chose them. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and facility. They truly make a difficult and sad decision a little easier.
