I got in an accident and needed a rental car to supplement my car being in the shop. They picked me up from the body shop that my car was at and drove me back to Enterprise to give me the keys to the car! It was a easy process and I would like to shout out Tevin for the extremely professional and uplifting attitude walking me throughout the process of getting a rental secured for me. I would recommend this place highly!

I had a late request for a vehicle and they were so helpful at getting me taken care of and into a car so close to Christmas. Very friendly and so nice. Everyone was happy and smiling even though you could tell they had a busy day

The pandemic has played hell with staffing and the "normal" supply chain and I knew it would be challenges to finding a rental car. Enterprise came through as I expected them to and I appreciate their professionalism in the face of an unrealistic marketplace. There were communication challenges between the insurance company and Enterprise, but everyone stepped up and met the challenges.
It was impressive.
