“This was my first time getting a kitty spayed because all other cats I've had throughout my life came from a shelter and were already spayed/neutered. So we had our kitties spayed and I thought the incision was open so we ended up at the emergency vet. These folks were so incredibly kind and caring. They were so patient with us and our million questions. My kitty was actually fine, but they did a really great job explaining the aftercare as our vet really didn't explain anything. The tech was so sweet, the receptionist was as well, and the Vet was amazing. Thanks y'all!”

Dan and Tia’s knowledge and their willingness to share it far surpassed anything that I had seen from other German Shepherd breeders. My family and I made several trips to meet the puppies as well as their parents before deciding on the right puppy for us. We picked “Xenos”, or rather he picked my daughter from our first visit when he was about 8 weeks old. He was a cute puppy, and has grown into a handsome teenager at 7 months. He is the son of Adel and Quantum. We are proud to have him and consider Dan and Tia Otto an extension of our family.”

“We charted a private cruise for our wedding. Caption Michael and crew members were very nice and professional. They jumped in to help without us even asking to setup for our wedding. They gave us ample time before we set sail to setup and never felt rushed to get off the boat as we were trying to pack up our stuff. Throughout our cruise they made sure the wedding went smoothly. “We came here twice to get my oil changed for my 22 Tucson Hybrid but unfortunately, both times they did not have the specific filter to change it. They did provide us the option to purchase the filter at a nearby auto parts store like Autozone and they would discount it from our total. On the second visit, we opted for this option as it would be faster rather than ordering it. We purchased the filter and returned shortly after, to which my Tucson was serviced pretty quickly. The total was still pricey after the discount for buying the filter elsewhere and providing a coupon for the service, but definitely beats waiting over 2hrs at a dealership for an oil change. I appreciated how friendly staff was too.”
