“As usual, for the past 5+ years, my family and running buddies hook up with Capt. Moon and slay the fish! He IS the ENTIRE package! Great communication, on time, kick ass boat that's stocked with great equipment, every bait you could think of and crushed ice for all your beverages you want to bring. Not only does he put you on the fish, you have a great time doing it! We have all been repeat customers and every person I have referred him to go back again and again. He's great with kids and I can't wait to take my little girl on her first Bay trip with Capt. Moon! If you want a professional guide that works his ass off and takes care of customers, CALL CAPTAIN MOON!”

“Great staff, great food. Today I had the oysters. They were sweet and had a perfect texture. I was looking for some redfish because you would think that sense Mickey’s is situated on Redfish Bay that they would serve it. Next time I was told to try their flounder sandwich by a local. I’ll take him up on that when I return.”

“This is a very quiet RV Park. No riff raff or trash lying around.”

“Well kept RV park but it’s reserved mostly for full timers. Boat ramp is decently maintained compared to the public ramp further down the road - and it’s still free. Mickeys restaurant is part of the establishment which is a good place to eat outside. Slightly overpriced ($40 steak?!) but the pecan crusted flounder is worth the splurge ($20’s - more the norm). Even soup and salad is on the higher end for a dockside outdoor restaurant. BUT - convenient - Easy to pull the boat up to, grab a meal, and go back out. Go enjoy the breeze and support a local business :)”
