Easy to make a same day appointment. Clean facility. Quick response and communication regarding test results and medications. Both Doctors and PA's I saw were great.

The staff at Northwell Health Urgent Care is the best. Professional, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. In my last visit for which I believed I had a intestinal flu, PA Mary Walter quickly assessed, in fact, it was something more serious. She directed me to the ER at Syosset Hospital. It was detetmined I had acute pancreatitis, caused by a gall stone blockage. I am now successfully treated.

Went there with our 2-year-old when we got a call from daycare saying he had pink-eye, and needed drops and a doctor's note. We were able to book online for an hour later, showed up, they took really great care of him and made the whole experience fun, and we were out of there with a prescription for the drops and the note in less than 30 minutes.

My first time there and my experience was amazing. I have been to a few urgent care clinics and this one was by far the best. From the receptionist to the triage nurse to the PA. They were all so amazing and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and caring. This is the only urgent care I will be going to from now on. Thank you!!
