“I visited this facility today with another individual (they received the care). I am a registered nurse. I have never been to a facility that has the caliber of nurses and doctor that Arlington WCC clinic has. Everyone was just so AMAZING, KIND and so INFORMATIVE. Dr Kaur spent so much time explaining everything and it was obvious that she truly cared on a human level, she was just so kind and empathetic❤️. Our nurse, Nurse Scroggins was the BEST. She treated both myself and the patient with the utmost RESPECT and KINDNESS❤️ She too was so informative, extremely competent and very gentle. I could not more highly recommend a facility as I do Arlington WCC. From walking in the door, the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. I can’t find enough words to describe what a great facility it is. If you need a wound care clinic you will not be disappointed, choose Arlington WCC‼️‼️ THEY ARE SUPERIOR AND THE BEST!! Prior to this I knew nothing about this facility.”

“Truly a blessing in disguise. I can not recommend enough. Ken and his staff TRULY care and a lot of doctors have lost that. I don't know what i would do if i hadn't found Evergreen years ago. The staff is so friendly and on top of my every need. Every single time. They never make me feel like a bother to them. There are still really good offices that care about your needs, but they are hard to find, and im blessed to have found Evergreen. Even though they don't take my insurance, it is worth paying out of pocket. Ive tried finding other offices who take my insurance, but stll come back here because i still have found nothing that compares to the care i receive here! “I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so stellar that I had to give feedback. I have an ear condition that is unusual and has worsened over time. After finally deciding to seek an ENT input I had an appointment with a provider at another facility and it was not a good experience. So I sought out a second opinion. I found Dr Thomas after lots of research and reviews and recommendations. He was incredible! He took the time to listen to my history and weird symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and has developed a comprehensive plan to investigate the cause of my out-of-the-box condition. I am looking forward to working through this with him. I was not promised a solution because it's still too unknown but I have full confidence that he will make every attempt to uncover the cause. “I was impressed with this place based on the phone call I made for an appointment. The lady was nice and kept my pain in mind. She found me the quickest appointment. When I arrived the staff was happy, the Doctor was extremely nice and most of all solved my pain problem!! “Dr Kory Jones has been an absolute blessing to us in her office, during surgery, and post op. She is a general surgeon with an emphasis/specialty in breast disease/cancer/disorder and we know first hand she is excellent in what she does. She has been wonderful, pleasant, and very caring to be around. Her bedside manners and demeanor is impeccable. We couldn't be happier. I have known my fair share of surgeons/doctors and I have to say I am impressed!! She was extremely thorough in her plan, instructions, her surgery/skills and post op plan and teaching. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions (even some of our irrelevant questions) without rushing us or making us feel rushed. We appreciate that and her immensely. In order for my mother to succeed, collaborating with other physicians were necessary. Dr Jones and other collaborating physicians did a great job with that too. They were very well aware and uptodate with everything that was going on, including results of labs and imaging procedures. During surgery day, mom was scared, but she put my mom at ease with her words and "her kind face" (per my mom :)). We trusted her 110% with my mom. Dr Jones did not disappoint, we knew mom was in capable hands. It isn't just my mom she had to take care of, she included us (the big family) and eased all our worries. Thank you Dr Jones for everything you have done for us. We appreciate you.”

The nurse took my vitals, asked me a few questions and immediately started the ECG which took less than 5 minutes! Dr. Graceffo was very thorough. I went in for an ingrown toenail removal and from the time i walked in to me walking out took only like 30 mins, it was was very fast and I felt no pain at all during the surgery.
