From the start, Rosa went above and beyond to assist me, going so far as to go in person to my old residence to acquire the rental history for my application. Beside I have a lots of friends who lives in the Mercer Park apartment and everybody talks nice about Rosa, everyone is happy to have someone like Rosa. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient. I have never seen a single roach in my unit, so perhaps all the complaints about roaches are from people who brought them with them from their old place. This unit has always been clean.
