The owner has a multi step process that is an old school very professional way to give an industrial style cleaning to residential carpets bringing them back to life. I was extremely impressed by the way he communicates and operates in such a professional and congenial manner. It is difficult to find businesses that offer good value and service for the customer but this one is top shelf and deserves the credit. I highly recommend J&K to anyone interested in someone good.”

The clothes are left with a crisp look and if you ask for high start i, there’s not a white flaky look to them. We’ve been coming here for years and enjoy the service. In particular, the gentleman that works here is super kind and helpful. He even brings my clothes out to my car if needed!”

“Clean, simple, many conveniences. Washers and dryers are uniform and take both coin and card. All machines and surfaces are cleaned several times throughout the day by staff. Bulk laundry services are available and they charge by the pound. Any policy or rule is clearly posted everywhere. (Any load left more than 15 min after it's done will be bagged by staff and held for 30 days) I feel ensured that I can walk in and half the machines aren't just sitting with someone's laundry because they ditched to go grocery shopping next door. I only wish they had their own parking section/lot instead of sharing with Kroger. Along with clean vending machines, kids play area, air conditioning, many laundry tables and many batches of seats you should comfortably be able to to all your laundry with ease while watching one of many large flat screen TVs around the facility. The laundry carts are also basically new and without rust. Also, come by in September and all dryers are free. Only caveat is that they run for 10 minutes and you have to press start again. But it's free and simple, so I'm not going to complain.”
