They were very helpful from the very beginning, answering all of our questions and providing options for care to help our pups get a healthy start. When I brought in the pups I couldn’t handle them both at the same time so the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. They even got cute bandanas after their vaccines! I am very pleased with the care they have received so far and look forward to our visits in the future.”

“This was our 2nd hotel in the area and we were very happy!! We went to days in first where the rooms weren’t clean and it was so small. R Nite Star was so clean and roomy!! The newly remodeled rooms are gorgeous. There were 4 of us in 1 room and still had plenty of room to move around. Housekeeping was also great, making sure we always had enough towels and taking care of the trash! I would definitely stay here again!!”

“The complex itself is very up to par since the renovations so I can say it doesn’t look like an old run down-building. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom they don’t come w washers & dryers nor connections so heads if that’s what your needing. Kenna was amazing with getting back to me extremely quickly. It took her 2 days to get back to me & she was always available to clear up any concerns I had on my end. The neighbors so far haven’t given any issues ! So I highly recommend Ridgewood Preserve as your next home!”
