“We cannot say enough good things about the Spanish Schoolhouse. When my daughter walks into the classroom, she either runs to her teacher to give them big hugs, or she gets big hugs from her two loving teachers. When we get there in the morning, kids are dancing to music in Spanish and having a great time. The teachers and administration team are so friendly and child-focused. Great with communication. Small class size. She has learned a lot of Spanish, and I often hear her singing songs from school in Spanish when she's doodling. She comes home happy. I am one with high expectations and I will, without hesitation, recommend this school.”

Lamar has its cons but in all, Lamar is a great school. 70% of the teachers will do more than required to make sure you succeed, the other 30% do nothing but expect you to understand things they didn't teach. “My son has been taking bass lessons once a week for a little under a year now from Dwayne -- I should mention my son is a very high energy, on the go, likes to get a crowd laughing kind of kid. Very quickly, Dwayne found a way to connect with him, build a relationship, and get him to keep focus on learning how to play. From never touching an instrument to being able to read music, play all different kinds of songs, and understand the fundamentals of bass in such a short time is amazing to me. Dwayne's made this such a personalized experience and has earned all the trust and respect from my son - highly, highly recommended for anybody interested in the guitar/bass world.”

“We took our 3 boys here, it was their first time at the driving range! The gentleman running the desk was so sweet and helpful! He joked with the kids and made them feel at ease in the new place and hobby they were attempting. The facility was nice and spacious. Although we did not use the putt putt course it was very cute and seemed like it would be fun! We really enjoyed the experience there and will be back soon!”

“My daughter has been going to TLC for about 6 months now and she really seems to enjoy it! She’s spoken so highly of her teacher, Ms. Adrienne and I’ve had nothing but support from her with keeping track of my daughters behavior. She’s very candid and helpful in any way she can with what we’re doing at home. No serious incidents have occurred in 6 months whereas at her old school, there was an incident or two a week with other children biting or hitting; NOTHING of the sort here. Also, Ms. Lana is responsive and informative when it comes to letting parents know what’s going on for the month and payments. I chose this school because it’s so close to my home, their security measures are great, and they offer a camera service to check in on your child during business hours.”

“We really enjoyed the Discovery Room portion of this science center. The Discovery Room is a paid activity $3 for kids, $4 for adults and teenagers, and $5 for Seniors. Definitely worth the price. The Discovery Room is not huge, but practically everything inside it is interactive, very well done, and appealing to kids. My kids are 3 and 6 and were well entertained with the many available educational activities until they started to get hungry about an hour and a half after we arrived.”
