Everything she used including the chair I sat in was sanitized and ready to go, hair already separated for the style I wanted. The service I received is 5 stitch braids with small braids - the service time duration says 2 hours on her booking website however, she was done 30 minutes early! “I can’t say enough good about my experience with Brandi Austin Law Firm. I have spoken with several people there since my first online inquiry and each one has been courteous, professional, patient and helpful. I spoke with several firms before reaching out to Brandi Austin and was told either I didn’t have a chance (“it’s just too bad”) or the statutes had run(“should’ve thought about it sooner”) or even a “You’d be better off finding another lawyer, I’m not really qualified to handle a case this involved”.
