  Booked an appointment and he came same day and did excellent work. My car looks like it just left the lot! Absolutely recommend his work. You will not be disappointed.

  Work done was great, car looks brand new. At the end, however, the $250 minivan price quickly ballooned to $400 after supposedly discovering pet hair (an added $49 dollar charge) and being presented to tip. I have a dog, but there must have been a single hair because the dog has been in that vehicle maybe twice in his life. There just couldn't have been "dog hair" enough to charge extra. And I know I have the option to not tip, but the options started at 20% ($66) and went up to 30% on the screen. I love the work but can't help feeling like I got got at the end. I would've appreciated the opportunity to see the pet hair I was being charged more when it was seen than just having it on the bill at the end.

  Decent job overall, definitely not worth $268. I only wanted him to do the interior so there should have been a price reduction for not having to do the exterior. He was 36 mins late and took about 2 1/2 hours to finish. I had to go to him since he couldn’t make it to my location. There are spots missed and slippery/ sticky residue on the seats and my steering wheel. I have no idea what was wiped on my windows; all of them and windshields is like the picture and even when it’s cold my car was never like that. And it is a very strong chemical smell in my car. I have not finished looking at my whole car but the main part I really needed cleaned was my back seat and my car was not that bad besides my dog’s hair. Based on the job done and the amount paid, I could have done this myself. At this point, I have to wipe down the my entire interior and air out my car. He also wasted my gas by running my car and heat for the entire duration of the car being serviced. I’m very disappointed and I feel like if it was my husband taking my car there he would have did a better job and not up-charge him since he is a male.
  
  Update: He reached out post review with some alternative options. I had him come to my location and fixed the issues. It looks way better now and the smell isn’t strong/ slowly killing me as well.

  I am very happy I found DFW mobile Detailers! I gave birth accidentally in my car a few days ago lol and we tried to wipe up as much as we could but knew we would need to hire someone to really get down in there. I am very happy with the results and thankful that they listened to our concerns and even went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job, we will def be recommending you!
