They are always very responsive and get back with you quickly if not immediately. Had a disc replaced in my neck. They were very attentive post surgery to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Personally called to check on me. This doctor cares about his patients enough tio talk with them but is aware enough to not waste his other patients time with long unnecessary conversations as some doctors do. He and his staff find a healthy middle ground where your aren't waiting forever, you aren't getting pushed out the door, and got aren't bored out of your mind talking about things that don't matter, but you also can have a genuine conversation with them and feel like you are heard. He checked on me every morning while in the hospital. When I had some issues at home after surgery he personally spoke to me on the phone. He truly cares about his patients. (I would’ve completely understood if we weren’t able to) not only do they get us right in but I didn’t feel rushed one bit and they were so sweet as always. Not only this appointment but all appointments we’ve had with them have been a pleasant experience. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants and Dr. Davidson himself are so sweet!
