“This is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to. I have had several bad experiences before that left me with horrible dentist anxiety, so it took a lot for me to come in but my experience was wonderful. From the moment I called to ask do an appointment and discuss my anxiety, the front desk girl was so nice and understanding. She took the time to explain the whole process to me over the phone and sounded very empathetic the entire time. The X-ray process was so easy compared to other places, and the cleaning was amazing! The girl who did my cleaning was so thorough and constantly reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The doctor was just as amazing as his staff. He was so kind and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They actually numbed me properly and I didn’t feel a thing when they were filling my tooth. Overall, a 1000/10 experience. I have found my forever dentistry. Side note: It is so cleans and pretty.”

“I would highly recommend Jennifer Ketchel DDS to anybody that has a child that is very apprehensive to going to the dentist. I have a 6 year old and every time I said the word”dentist” tears would roll. I have taken her to 2 other pediatric dentist and because they was not sympathetic to her fears I didn’t have the heart to take her back even though I knew she had a cavity festering. I found Dr. Ketchel through my insurance. When I booked the appointment I explained to the receptionist about my child’s fears and she understood. Long story short she had to have the tooth extracted. I thought for sure that they would have to sedate her. But they were so understanding and took their time. Now my daughter loves going to the dentist even after her tooth extraction.”

“The staff at Encore Dentistry is amazing! I went here to get whitening and molds of my teeth for a teeth whitening certificate I had purchased through Smile America a while ago. My first visit I had Angelica and she was so sweet and friendly. Took molds of my teeth and I was out in about 10 minutes. The second time I came by (a week later) to pick up my whitening kit and molds I had Ulysses. He was friendly and showed me how to use my whitening kit at home, and I was out In about 5 minutes. I loved how fast everything was able to be done so that I could get on with my day. When I went to leave though, my car wouldn’t start. Luckily, Jason from the dentistry was kind enough to pull his car up and give mine a jump! Not only did they get my teeth right, but they helped with my car as well. Overall, I can tell this place has an amazing staff. Great customer service and great people in general. I highly recommend this place!”

“Great experience! My son went for his first dental appointment and the whole experience was great. All the staff was so kind to my son and it was a great first experience for him that can sometimes be not so great. On the car ride home he even asked to go back to the dentist! They also had ample play areas and toys/games for kids of all ages to be entertained and we're showing kids shows on the ceiling in the room! 10/10 so glad I found them!”

“Everyone is hesitate to go to the dentist, but I couldn't put it off any longer. My teeth were literally crumbling due to a heritary condition. I did alot of home work and found Dr. Rakhi and I read the reviews and as usual....some were very happy and some were on the fence. And some people you just can't staify, no matter what. Well, my biggest concern was going with dentures (I'm 42) and have to wait on them to be ready. I didn't want that, so this seemed like the perfect route to take. One day Dentures is NOT a LIE!!! I had teeth, that look great, as soon as I left that office. They were very tentitive to my questions and concerns. Never hesitated to answer and explain EVERYTHING. Also, gave me several options, since I don't have a endless supply of money. During the extractions, I wasn't sediated but the only pain I felt was the VERY tiny pinches from the needles that were well worth it because after that, I couldn't even tell when I tooth was actually removed. Thier team was constantly making sure that . I do recommend spending the night of and the night after, if you live out of town (it's in a major part of town that there are plenty to choose from). Only to make it easier to get some rest from the 'in between' time on the first day and the follow up the next day. They really are running a very class A office there. I will be recommendin g the to all my friends and family! I have never been to a dentist so gentle and patient, even tended to my 'every' tiny need when it came to fitting the dentures in....I only have to go back a couple more times withine the nect 6 mos to get some find adjustments made to the dentures as the swelling goes down. I'm VERY impressed!!!!! Thank you Dr. Rakhi....You are a very professional and informative dentist and I feel very blessed to have found you!”

I was treated so kindly; the doctor even complimented my teeth instead of trying to sell me on “correcting” them like the last place I went. Plus, they honored the $59 new patient price. “Great place to experience a massage. Mae gave me a massage and she was very good. The front of the building has a door. You walk in and there is reception. You call ahead to make an appointment. Explain to them what kind of massage you are looking for. They can use heated rocks, Swedish, deep tissue. I had a deep tissue but my muscles were really tight. Next time I'm trying the heated rocks. Tell them your name and wait until they come to get you. They escort you to a quiet place to sit.The therapist takes you to the therapy room. I felt so great after my massage. I then sat in another room. I saw 3 ladies that were friends getting a spa experience. They looked so happy and I was envious. They have a restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine, a special cocktail. Can make you a light snack, lunch or dessert. I had a flavored tea that was complimentary. I glanced in the area that had hairstylists. It would be fun to get some highlights or a pretty color. Next time. The front reception has things for sale. Hats to keep the sun off your face. Soaps, candles, special moisturizers. Everyone was happy to be there. Great idea to get a gift card for a friend, a loved one or yourself.”

“Fantastic experience! I was initially hesitant because I thought the hype was a marketing gimmick. It's legit - Services are streamlined with minimal waiting. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained. I got custom whitening trays, exam, cleaning, and 2 fillings in about 2 hours. I was thrilled that I didn't have to return for another visit to have my fillings done. I'll definitely be back!”

“I moved here from Illinois 9 years ago needing lots of dental work. When I got an advertisement for discount exam for new patients from Dr. Heather, I started going to her and stayed about a year. Her estimate for my extensive teeth repair was way over what I could afford. I then scrapped the repairs needed and went to another dentist for just teeth cleaning. He never done the extensive mouth care that I got from Dr Heather's office. Two years ago I lost 3 teeth and also needed a root canal. For I was told they didn't do root canals by an office staffer, then they up and scheduled me at their office for a root canal the next morning. Half way through, they told me they were unable to finish and sent me to Ft. Worth. I decided to go back to Dr Heather's as I felt I could trust her. If I would have stayed with her in the first place, I wouldn't have ended up loosing 6 teeth and spending $$$$$$$ more. This summer she fixed me all up with new bridges and crowns. She's definitely the best, has the well being of her patient's teeth, gums, and overall health as top priority. She makes sure of patients comfort, keeps patients informed. I won't go to any other. Just wish I would have stayed with her in first place and saved me two rough years.”
