They have walk-in Geek Squad tech assistance available as time allows. I was able to get help within about 20 minutes so I was happy. Their staff was friendly and empowered enough to get things done. As far as product selection, they tend not to have much of the higher end (aspirational) stuff you want to see or hear before purchasing but you can check online if they're stocked for your particular interest.

My sister was looking for a very specific type of toothbrush for her son for christmas. She had called and visited several other Best buys but no one seemed to have any in stock. We're just having to be in the area and stop by. They had to. They were so nice and there was no wait in line at all.

Earlier today, at this store, I received the best customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I walked in, on Cyber Monday of all days, with a laundry list of order issues, bizarre shipping complications, etc, and the fantastic individuals I worked with at the Customer Service desk were paragons of helpfulness, patience, and determination, bending over backward and getting creative on finding me a solution to a problem almost entirely of my own making.

I specifically want to shout out Taylor Ward, Noel, and Ivan. They were exceptionally helpful and unbelievably patient while trying to figure out a solution to my complicated situation. They are all absolute assets to the store and Best Buy as a whole.

Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time.

Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything.

Funny story went back to get an electronic kettle and they didn’t have any.
