“My partner was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone in Customer Service to update her on delivery of her medications prior to surgery. Usually the Customer Service representatives at Optum Rx don't speak fluent English and are very difficult to understand. My partner was finally greeted by Elizabeth (Liz) and Liz was awesome. She spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Even took time to spell out all the encrypted shorthand names of the meds for clarity. Very professional! I noticed that the other reviews were very negative, especially in reference to poor Customer Service. Hard to understand given that Optum Rx is owned by United Healthcare Group --- an outstanding health insurance company. Best in the business. Hint: Maybe Liz should be running the Customer Service Department...”
