We took our car in because of a ticking timing chain, and they called us back and told us it was way worse than we thought, that our engine would need to be rebuilt, and that we should probably just get rid of the car....and here is the best part..THEY DID NOT CHARGE US! What auto shop does that? They could have had us over a barrel for months dealing with all the engine issues that were about to pop up...but, instead they warned us, and didn't charge us for the diagnosis.
