“He delivered my son 13 years ago now. During my pregnancy he missed a protein deficiency in my blood I kept trying to inform him about it every time I went for a visit - he only listened when my mother flew in for the birth and told him then.. within minutes I was being tested and given blood thinning injections for 3 months!! I should have been on them my entire pregnancy and since the condition can cause miscarriage my child was a bit of a miracle baby! (I believe it was a genuine miscommunication - I am British and it’s likely called something different there vs in the USA) Other than that Dr Storts was very kind and professional helping me with various issues during the pregnancy. Queue wasn’t always great but if he’s needed at the hospital they can’t do much about that! SO many ultrasounds as I measured small but was carrying larger than average - fine by me! Sometimes a little condescending and he kind of swaggered in at the last second during delivery - the nurses did all the work! He didn’t respect my wishes to not have an episiotomy but the birth was successful, I had a healthy baby at the end and the recovery wasn’t too bad. The aftercare was fantastic too! So while mixed feelings, I don’t feel let down or upset by how it all happened.”

“I visited this facility today with another individual (they received the care). I am a registered nurse. I have never been to a facility that has the caliber of nurses and doctor that Arlington WCC clinic has. Everyone was just so AMAZING, KIND and so INFORMATIVE. Dr Kaur spent so much time explaining everything and it was obvious that she truly cared on a human level, she was just so kind and empathetic❤️. Our nurse, Nurse Scroggins was the BEST. She treated both myself and the patient with the utmost RESPECT and KINDNESS❤️ She too was so informative, extremely competent and very gentle. I could not more highly recommend a facility as I do Arlington WCC. From walking in the door, the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. I can’t find enough words to describe what a great facility it is. If you need a wound care clinic you will not be disappointed, choose Arlington WCC‼️‼️ THEY ARE SUPERIOR AND THE BEST!! Prior to this I knew nothing about this facility.”

“I have been seeing Dr.Segal for over a year now. He can be very very upfront an he doesn't sugar coat anything. I told him about my medical history and what doctors diagnosed me with when I lived in Wisconsin and what medication my new doctors prescribed for me in Texas. He even advised that I stop seeing on of my doctors because He isnt a good doctor. Dr Segal an I hasn't always been on the same page. For one he doesn't like being lied to an when he prescribes you a medication he wants you to take it.. (I picked up a prescription and the pharmacy only gave me half and I never picked up the other half and their was another medication that he prescribed me that I didnt know about. But I told him I took it an he called my bluff by calling the pharmacy) he really got on me for that saying he is only trying to help me so I shouldn't lie. He is very thorough when asking about your medication and medical history. He reminds me of my doctor in Wisconsin that I used to love going to because he was always straight forward and got straight to the punch. Something like a father figure being very caring but very very stern”
