She immediately got in touch with an on call retina specialist who saw me the same day and fixed it. I thought, "well here we go, another know it all counselor who's never been in the same place I've been, knowing nothing about how it really is and what it's like, read a few books and knows everything". However after the second session, I was amazed to find out my counselor had, "been there and done that"..She knew what we were going through. She was able to understand and connect with each of our problems and offer first hand advice. Every staff member I came in contact with were very out going, friendly and ready to help with even the smallest issue.”

Yes, he may not do things the way people are used to in Arlington, but he has helped me tremendously as I have been going through some hormonal issues from day one. And I have been going off and on for years now. I think some reviewers are seeing the negativity by some of his old, unreliable employees speaking on his behalf. I know which employees these people are referring to, and they are disrespectful to anyone. That is so unfortunate to see people put such angry reviews on someone so kind. “I cannot recommend Denise enough if you need help adjusting to Cochlear Implants. She is patient and clearly has the experience to understand how the brain and sound work together. I am single sided deaf —and received a cochlear implant (CI) over 3.5 years ago. I struggled the first year because I didn’t know how therapy with someone like Denise could help me build skills and confidence with this new tool. I actually gave up for 18 months and didn’t use my cochlear implant. Upon meeting my new dr. in Texas—he told me about how effective CI patients found speech/listening therapy to be. I was very honest about my previous experience and my goals. Denise knows how to word questions to get to a common ground. She’s patient and understanding of the frustrations that occur. After about 5.5 months of working with Denise, I made huge strides in my comprehension with my CI sound processor—and I’m very grateful for that. It’s now adding value to my life instead of making me feel like it’s a nuisance. Thank you Denise, for all the coaching and help. So grateful and thankful that we connected.”

“Very hard to find - they have moved from W Division to 733 N Fielder. It is drive-through. The business next door on Division gave me the new address. It does not say Pharma-Qore anywhere but there are big red signs directing you to the drive through. Staff was very nice. Rapid-test results in 15 minutes. I suspect the bad reviews are related to how hard it was to find them because I was treated very well. Staff was friendly & efficient. If I ever need another test, I will go here.”
