The seem to have a language barrier but other than that, they know how to give a great massage. This is my 3rd time and had a great experience during all 3 visits in past couple of months. “This is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to. I have had several bad experiences before that left me with horrible dentist anxiety, so it took a lot for me to come in but my experience was wonderful. From the moment I called to ask do an appointment and discuss my anxiety, the front desk girl was so nice and understanding. She took the time to explain the whole process to me over the phone and sounded very empathetic the entire time. The X-ray process was so easy compared to other places, and the cleaning was amazing! The girl who did my cleaning was so thorough and constantly reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The doctor was just as amazing as his staff. He was so kind and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They actually numbed me properly and I didn’t feel a thing when they were filling my tooth. Overall, a 1000/10 experience. I have found my forever dentistry. Side note: It is so cleans and pretty.”

They are always very responsive and get back with you quickly if not immediately. Had a disc replaced in my neck. They were very attentive post surgery to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Personally called to check on me. He was awesome with my kids when I had to bring them into an appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone having issues!! I will not go anywhere else!!”

“I would highly recommend Jennifer Ketchel DDS to anybody that has a child that is very apprehensive to going to the dentist. I have a 6 year old and every time I said the word”dentist” tears would roll. I have taken her to 2 other pediatric dentist and because they was not sympathetic to her fears I didn’t have the heart to take her back even though I knew she had a cavity festering. I found Dr. Ketchel through my insurance. When I booked the appointment I explained to the receptionist about my child’s fears and she understood. Long story short she had to have the tooth extracted. I thought for sure that they would have to sedate her. But they were so understanding and took their time. Now my daughter loves going to the dentist even after her tooth extraction.”
