State Farm once again disappointed us but Roger explained to me that he would get my roof fixed and they would pay for it. I had nothing to lose, so I let him handle it. Roger Walden calls me about 3 months later, before insurance does, tells me he got it done, three days later a new roof is on my house. His team was great and cleaned up everything when done.
