Jackie went out of her way to take care of us when it wasn’t her responsibility to do so. We bought Trojan batteries from another company who stopped selling them and wouldn’t deal with a warranty claim. NTX had nothing to do with the sale and doesn’t carry Trojan, but still made sure we were taken care of properly. This is beyond great customer service. We’ll be back for all future needs. These guys are awesome. I’ve been looking for a golf cart for quite sometime. Out of all of the places I called, they were the only ones who answered all of my questions directly and straight to the point. EASIEST purchase I have ever experienced. They had all of the accessories that I wanted in stock, which was a plus! They didn’t pressure me or anything...I say that because a lot of other dealers treat women as if we didn’t have a brain...not these guys! I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a golf cart! They’ll have you in and out in no time. :)
