Blocking them & the wrecker driver locked the car up & didn't leave the keys anywhere for us & then it took her 3 or 4 days to track down the AAA wrecker to find her keys & then she authorized us to remove valve cover for inspection & it had jumped timing due to her having no oil in the motor for the timing chain tensioner to work & then refused the repair & she said not to put back together because she was getting rid of it....So there it the true story...Anybody who knows me know I don't do business like she said. I haven't been here for 35 years operating like she said.... I have very great customer's. Really sorry she feels the way she does....”

I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.”

I just knew I had a blown head gasket and he said let's look at it some more using some pressure gauges and a damn mirror on a stick saved me about $1500 not to mention I was on my way in about an hour with a new thermostat and a gallon of antifreeze.
