My experience was perfect. I made an early afternoon appointment for some very inexpensive tires, and when I arrived, the place was extremely busy. But we were checked in promptly by a professional and friendly employee. Incredibly, the car was ready in 20 minutes. You won’t find a better experience start to finish than that!

I had an appointment scheduled. I walked in Nick helped me! He was very helpful! Treated me with respect and didn't try to upsell me! I was in and out within an hour. Very nice gentlemen there. Highly recommend

The guy in the office was really nice, but there was some type of a communication issue between the office and the people in the bay because I kept having to ask for my old tires. It was almost like they were trying to keep them. Anyways, besides that everything was fine that’s why there’s a four star rating. With my appointment was able to be done in about an hour for two tires.

I generated an appointment on line for a repair and tire rotation. However, the front tire tread was too low. Bought a new set of 4 tires and kept the original appointment. The wait time was a little long, but not unreasonable given the need to replace all tires. Good price and great service. I'll be back.
