“I cannot say enough positive things about Jake and Cutting Edge! I stopped by on Memorial Day because I had money burning a hole in my pocket, and Cutting Edge was one of the only businesses that was open that day. I got a very agreeable quote, and set an appointment for the next day. Jake contacted me the day of to confirm our appointment (understandable because he's a very busy man). It only took him all of a couple hours, and I was all set! My 2017 Impala Midnight Edition now looks amazing thanks to Jake and Cutting Edge Window Tinting!! If you are considering getting a quality tint job on your vehicle for a great price, then you should contact Jake immediately to lock in an appointment. P.s. Sorry for the delayed review, Jake. “Watauga Automotive was incredible to work with. I had some car issues that needed to be fixed pretty urgently, and finding decent places in the area can be hard due to a lot of mechanics unfortunately being overpriced as is, but also overcharging or just being unreasonable to young women like myself that they assume don’t know much about cars anyways. I came in to Watauga Auto and they were the most kind, efficient, and fair people. I was in and out within an hour and their pricing was extremely reasonable. I am so thankful for their service this morning and i would highly recommend anyone to give them a visit if you’re having car issues. I’ll definitely be back in the future!”

“At last! An honest transmission shop. They charged me nothing since the problem did not relate to the transmission. He could have suggested a $5500 rebuild. Instead, he told me that not all transmission problems are such. They involve other components. I highly recommend this shop for this integrity.”

“Before I put my car in , I was looking at body shops near where I lived and I found “Body Rocks Paint and Body “ , before anything , I don’t trust my car just like that , till I saw the reviews. I had gone to the shop the next day to get an estimate and honestly everyone was so sweet and helpful . My car has been shot twice by a drive by shooting. Once I put my car in , it took 2 weeks to get everything fix . Once I got the call to picked it up , I was happy with the “after” results. No one can’t even tell my car has been shot. I recommend this place to anyone!! Trust me , it’s worth it !!!!!”

“I’ve been working on cars and dealing with auto parts store for over 15 years, and there have been times when I’ve had to push the store clerk aside and show them exactly what it is that I am looking for, because have the time they have no idea what’s what…. However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. I called he was able to look up my part, did the warranty exchange with no hassle, heck he even had my replacement part waiting for me when I pulled up. Once again THANK YOU CHAD!!!!
