They got me all squared Up and road hazard warranty on all tires for less than a new tire. So goes to show you being cheap can bite you down the road. So thank you to Kevin and Frank, stand up guys.

(June 30, 2020, 11:18 am)My 18yo daughter lives in Watauga, I live in Missouri. Firestone service center has always repaired her vehicle right the first time. Some repairs extensive some normal maintenance. I have been able to go to Missouri location to pay for repairs in Watauga, very convenient. Prices are a little high IMO. However, no issues with replacement parts failing or technicians errors. Like I said, right the first time. I will continue to use their services for my only child. Big thanks to Kevin for communicating well, and prioritizing services when I have a tight time schedule to keep. He is very professional and provides great customer service. Technicians do excellent work based on my experience on multiple occasions.

(December 9, 2016, 2:54 pm)The guys here always take care of me, are honest about what needs repair, are always happy to show me evidence of part failure, and explain the cause of the failure. Decent prices, not the lowest but not the worst by far.
