(March 11, 2022, 11:17 am)I LOVE this place. All instructors are fun and highly energetic. Classmates are very nice and encouraging. I’ve taken group exercise classes before, but THIS is definitely a FAMILY! I’ve never had so much fun while getting fit! 😊
(March 7, 2022, 7:06 pm)I just joined about a month ago and, so far, I'm loving it!! I feel so much better already and can feel myself getting stronger. I decided to start mainly to get a full body workout and have fun doing it! The staff here are all great and they really help you with technique all while being encouraging! I look forward to going every week.
