(August 30, 2021, 9:17 pm)I LOVE Kin Wellness! The instructors are awesome. I feel such wonderful energy during my sessions. I enjoy doing my yoga here. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and professional. The yoga studio is decorated so beautifully and is extremely comfortable and welcoming. They have all the equipment I need. I highly recommend this place.
(August 30, 2021, 9:09 pm)I've always been a fan of smaller yoga classes, just like they have at Kin. They can be more targeted, and helpful suggestions hit your ears easier. But Kin also fosters a space of inclusion and non-judgement, even for an amateur yoga guy that struggles with down dog. I've been to a few classes so far, and it's always relaxing thanks to the decor and the chill but upbeat music they play during class. The mirrors are just the right size too, so you can either choose a spot to check out your poses, or avoid the mirror's gaze altogether. Last time I went I'd forgotten my mat, but they had clean ones to spare!
Overall they have a wonderful group of teachers and a chill environment. I'll keep coming back.
