(December 23, 2021, 9:36 am)My husband and I have been tenants here for 2 years and we have been very happy. Apartments can be tricky as you don’t know what sort of neighbors you will have + if maintained will actually help. I can honestly say that this neighborhood is quiet, parking is never an issue for our two car family or any guests that may swing by. If there has been anything we’ve needed maintenance for they have been quick to help. Pat & Dave (office) are kind and sincerely seem to care about their tenants. In a world where everyone tells you “take a number” — they tell you take a seat. I recommend!
